The Lord Mayor is approached in person, in writing and by telephone with a wide range of problems and questions for which help is required in individual cases or for which a review needs to be arranged.
The staff of the Citizens' Department are happy to help and advise. They
- provide information about the services offered by the administration,
- see themselves as intermediaries between citizens and the administration,
- maintain contacts with administrative institutions,
- point out possible solutions,
- convey concerns if necessary and
- process inquiries addressed to the Lord Mayor.

Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. An answering machine is available outside opening hours.
