The team of the Citizens' Unit.

Head: Carl-Michael Baum

The Lord Mayor is approached in person, in writing and by telephone with a wide range of problems and questions for which help is required in individual cases or for which a review needs to be arranged.

The staff of the Citizens' Department are happy to help and advise. They

  • provide information about the services offered by the administration,
  • see themselves as intermediaries between citizens and the administration,
  • maintain contacts with administrative institutions,
  • point out possible solutions,
  • convey concerns if necessary and
  • process inquiries addressed to the Lord Mayor.
