Women's and Equal Opportunities Officer of the Wiesbaden City Administration (HGIG)
The Women's and Equal Opportunities Officer implements the constitutional mandate for equal rights in the department, based on the HGlG and AGG, in particular to protect against gender-based discrimination and sexual harassment.
The constitutional mandate of the Women's and Equal Opportunities Officer is the actual implementation of equal rights for women and men in the department. The working basis is the Hessian Equal Rights Act (HGlG) and the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) as far as the prohibition of discrimination on the basis of gender is concerned, including the prohibition of sexual harassment.
The task is an internal administrative one.
As part of the department, advice is provided on all matters relating to the HGlG and the aforementioned AGG, the women's promotion and equal opportunities plan and equal opportunities issues. Colleagues are also supported and advised in all areas of work and at all levels.
