Building permit procedure
The full procedure is carried out for special buildings and demolitions as well as at the request of the applicant. The application or building project is examined in terms of both building planning law and building regulations.
The full procedure is aimed at a comprehensive examination under public law and is primarily reserved for special buildings and their associated ancillary facilities, as well as the demolition and removal of selected structures.
In addition, building applicants can choose this procedure if their building project would actually have to be examined under the permit exemption or simplified building permit procedure, but they want the security of a comprehensive examination. However, the correspondingly higher fees for the full procedure will also be charged.
In contrast to the simplified planning permission procedure, a comprehensive building regulations inspection is carried out in addition to the building planning inspection.
