Press & Public Relations
The Press & Public Relations department manages and coordinates all external communications for Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH and TriWiCon and is the first point of contact for trade press and journalists.
This department manages and processes press and media inquiries and prepares and organizes its own press conferences and public press events. The department organizes all press work and coordinates this with the relevant specialist departments. This includes the preparation of press releases as well as maintaining press contacts.
The department also bundles company-relevant content and develops target group-specific content for the respective divisions.

Convention Sales & Marketing
The Convention Wiesbaden Sales team advises event planners on their event in the three locations owned by the company: RheinMain CongressCenter (opens in a new tab), (opens in a new tab)Kurhaus Wiesbaden (opens in a new tab) and Jagdschloss Platte. (opens in a new tab)
The Convention Sales team is also a competent point of contact when it comes to organizing different types of events (e.g. hybrid or digital events) and event formats. The topic of sustainability in the event industry is also consistently promoted here.
With its own training format "Convention Wiesbaden Campus" (opens in a new tab), the team regularly provides information on the latest trends in event organization together with industry experts.
The Convention Sales & Marketing department markets the venues and accompanying services, such as incentive trips or supporting programs, at national workshops and trade fairs as well as through its own marketing products, such as Convention Wiesbaden Stories or the Convention Wiesbaden Quarterly.

City & tourism marketing
The City and Tourism Marketing department markets the state capital of Wiesbaden and the overarching destination WIESBADEN RHEINGAU as a city destination in selected target markets in Germany and abroad.
Strategic and conceptual themes and campaigns are developed here in line with the Tourism Strategy 2026+, always with the defined target group in mind. The implementation of the strategy includes the further development of the tourism website, the implementation of campaigns to promote day tourism as well as the design of digital and analog brochures, magazines and advertisements. The regional, national and international tourism marketing of the Hessian state capital and the destination also takes place at trade fairs and workshops.
The marketing department is also available to the tourism service providers of the city of Wiesbaden as an expert service provider. Campaigns are developed and implemented in a lively exchange with partners from the city and region. Activities in various globally oriented marketing alliances are also a matter of course for the department.

In addition, numerous microsites (subpages of wiesbaden.de) of Wiesbaden institutions as well as the city's own company homepages are managed from here. The wiesbaden.de editorial team is also responsible for the company's own social media channels and acts as an internal contact for social media.

Graphics & Design/Image Archive
The Graphics & Design department is responsible for the conception, development and graphic implementation of own and municipal commissions (e.g. brochures, advertisements, banners, etc.) based on the city's corporate design. The team also continuously develops its own corporate design and that of the state capital of Wiesbaden.
The Graphics & Design department manages the extensive image archive of Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH. Image requests for tourist attractions and event venues for print or digital media for the press, tour operators and event planners in Wiesbaden are also handled by the Graphics & Design department.
The department trains media designers for digital and print media (m/f/d).

Tourist services
Tourist Service
The Tourist Service department is the point of contact when it comes to developing and selling tourism products to B2B customers and end consumers. This is where new products are created, customers are advised and individual trips are put together.
Whether incentive events, half-day and full-day tours, individual city tours, yoga sessions in the spa gardens, company tours or excursions to the Rheingau region: tour operators and event planners looking for the right supporting program for their conference in Wiesbaden will find it here for groups of ten or more.
The service portfolio also includes the reservation and management of room allotments for congress and conference organizers.
As an additional service, the Tourist Service can handle the entire ticketing process for an external event using its own ticketing system. The Tourist Service acts as an experienced contact for the successful event marketing of its customers.

The staff at the Tourist Information in Wiesbaden's city center cater to the wishes of individual travelers, small groups and conference guests with individual travel modules. In addition to individual advice, the Tourist Information also offers a store with sustainable items from the region as well as advance ticket sales for regional and national events.

Event service Kurhaus/RMCC/Jagdschloss Platte
The Event Services department is responsible for handling all events at Kurhaus Wiesbaden (opens in a new tab), RheinMain CongressCenter (opens in a new tab) and Jagdschloss Platte (opens in a new tab). This includes the development of a suitable room concept for the event, the processing of offers and contracts, all correspondence with the customer regarding event planning and the procurement of and correspondence between partners in the areas of event technology and catering.
Our project managers are competent contacts for all matters during the event.

Event service outdoor formats
The event service Outdoorformate is responsible for the planning, organization and conception of various festivals, markets and outdoor events in Wiesbaden (opens in a new tab). This area also includes outdoor events on the bowling green in front of the Kurhaus Wiesbaden and in the Kurpark.
The department is also responsible for the weekly market in the city center, in Bierstadt and in Biebrich as well as for annual highlights such as the Theatrium, the Rheingau Wine Week, the Easter Market, the Autumn Market and the Sternschnuppenmarkt. The traditional flea market at Biebricher Parkfeld is also organized from here. This takes place every third Saturday of the month from March to October (except in the month of the Whitsun tournament).
Creative events are also organized in cooperation with the Department of Economics and Employment and the "Wiesbaden wunderbar" advertising association, always with the target group in mind, which serve the local economy and the revitalization of Wiesbaden's city centre.

Technical event management
Technical Event Management is responsible for the technical planning and implementation of all events at the RheinMain CongressCenter and Kurhaus Wiesbaden.
The department is responsible for the planning of events in coordination with the customer and considers, among other things, crowd management in order to ensure the best possible security for the event at all times.
The organization and supervision of set-up and dismantling work at events are just as much a part of the portfolio as the subsequent technical support of the respective event. This means that Technical Event Management is very close to the customer at every stage of planning.
The department is also responsible for technical maintenance and repairs to ensure the operational safety of all event technology, as well as issuing stand construction permits for exhibitions and trade fairs in accordance with technical guidelines and safety regulations.
The Technical Event Management department trains event technology specialists (m/f/d) and exhibitor service technicians (m/f/d) as part of the event management apprenticeshipevent management apprenticeship.

The exhibitor service takes care of everything that is necessary for a successful trade fair appearance. The team advises exhibitors on how best to present their products and services. From electricity and water connections, rental furniture or catering to complete individual exhibition stands, we support our exhibitors with all our energy. We are always close to the customer, whether in the planning phase via video conference or on site during set-up or the event.

Technical facility management
Technical Facility Management (FM) manages the event venues Kurhaus with colonnades and Kurpark (approx. 118,000 m² of administrative space), the RheinMain CongressCenter (approx. 60,000 m² of administrative space), the Jagdschloss Platte (approx. 3,500 m² of administrative space) and its own vineyard on the Neroberg (approx. 158,000 m² of administrative space). This results in a total area of approx. 48 soccer pitches.
The task of the FM is to regularly maintain, inspect and service the numerous technical systems. In the individual properties, the aim is to preserve the building fabric in the long term. The FM plays a key role in meeting sustainability criteria as part of certification measures (e.g. Green Globe and Ökoprofit).
The FM's numerous tasks include
- Ensuring the safe operation of technical facilities
- Renewals and changes to the building structure
- Operating a meter management system
- energy audits
- Maintaining drinking water hygiene and the energy supply
- Complying with legal obligations and monument protection requirements
- Looking after the ornamental fountains in the individual properties
- Supervision of the tenant areas of the casino, underground car parks and restaurants
- Technician services during events and coordination of work during ongoing event operations

The team of around 20 employees is represented at both the Kurhaus and RMCC locations and is equipped with electrical and painting workshops as well as a metalworking shop.

Sustainability management
With a view to climate targets, climate agreements and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the topic of sustainability requires a timely and long-term adaptation of all corporate actions.
TriWiCon and its subsidiary, WICM GmbH, see the responsibility to act in the following areas that affect the entire company, in addition to internal corporate processes:

- Development of sustainable tourism offers and products
- Development of sustainable tourism in the WIESBADEN RHEINGAU destination
- Offer for event organizers for more sustainable design/implementation of events in their own event venues
Together with our sustainability manager and our dedicated employees, the sustainability working group is responsible for implementing the measures from the sustainability strategy and the certification processes in the event venues and for the tourist destination.
