We as an employer

Our working atmosphere

We are very proud of our diverse team. Our team consists of newcomers and "old hands", which is the only way we can learn from each other. Our new team members bring a breath of fresh air and new ideas, approaches and impulses from outside. In return, they receive structure, clarity and a great deal of knowledge from our employees, some of whom have been enriching the team for over 30 years.

We have an open-door policy. Our doors are open and employees and managers are approachable at all times. This is also reflected in our dialog forum, which regularly offers the opportunity to ask the management any questions that are on your mind.

We place great emphasis on TOGETHER and teamwork . The event business means that events are sometimes managed at weekends and in the evenings. Working in a team is twice as much fun. We stick together and support each other.

We organize team outings, team evenings or even yoga together in one of our event venues.

Everyone takes responsibility

Flat hierarchies are important to us! We take responsibility. Our trainees and dual students are also integrated right from the start and are given their own projects. Everyone is a fully-fledged team member.

We promote young talent

We are aware of the shortage of skilled workers and the importance of sound training. That is why we have been training apprentices ourselves for many years. We offer young talents a wide range of learning opportunities in five different apprenticeships and two dual study programs, hands-on training with plenty of insight into our exciting day-to-day business in the event and tourism industry and a promising future with the option of being taken on after completing their training. Our trainers, some of whom have completed their training with us themselves, are on hand to provide advice and support throughout the training.

We also offer various internships, from school internships to internships as part of a degree course and also year-round internships.

Incidentally, we were recognized by stafftastic (opens in a new tab), which supports young people in their career orientation, as one of the top 100 companies out of more than 10,000 for our range of services during a Germany-wide internship week. We offered a total of 17 internships in 8 divisions.

Sustainable values are important to us

We use our resources sustainably, which is particularly essential in the event business. We have a sustainability working group and a sustainability manager. Together as a team, we drive the topic forward. We have developed sustainability guidelines that define our internal work processes as well as our requirements for service providers and suppliers. We are continuously implementing measures from our sustainability strategy. This is a challenge for everyone!

Our benefits

In addition to the social factors, we offer a wide range of other corporate benefits, additional offers for our employees and amenities that improve working life or make a decisive contribution to work-life balance.

Family-friendly employer

TriWiCon was awarded the "Family-friendly employer in the state of Hesse" (opens in a new tab) seal of approval by the Hessian Ministry of the Interior. This seal of approval is awarded to companies that make a special effort to reconcile work and family life. Companies that have been awarded the seal of approval offer, among other things, flexible working hours, the option of working from home, needs-based services such as vacation programs or emergency care services and support managers in implementing a work-life balance.
