Conferences at the RMCC
The large number of rooms (45 event rooms in total) is ideally suited for different uses, conference concepts and participant sizes. Various rooms are also available for conferences with accompanying workshops.
South Hall (up to 3,200 pax)
Larger conference groups or event formats with a plenum for up to 3,200 people will find a suitable space on the first floor in Hall South. Hall South has 3,000 m² of usable space and can accommodate up to 3,200 people when seated. It can be divided into four segments for meetings with smaller groups of participants and impresses with its cool and modern industrial style.
Floor-to-ceiling windows at the front provide the entire hall with daylight. Shading is possible. Three of the four sub-segments can be completely darkened by separating off the daylight segment. Hall South has its own foyer areas, entrances and access points, so that conferences with their own infrastructure can be held independently of the rest of the building.
Terrace hall with foyer and studios (up to 2,200 pax)
The 2,400 m² Terrace Hall on the second floor is characterized by its brightness and its view of the greenery. Large windows flood it with plenty of daylight, creating a special feel-good atmosphere during the conference. The windows can be shaded if required.
The Terrassensaal can be used in its entirety for conferences with up to 2,200 participants. For smaller numbers of participants or several smaller groups, the hall can be divided into five soundproofed segments for up to 500 people each. The soundproof partition walls make it possible to divide the space within the hall, for example by using two segments as a plenum for up to 1,000 conference participants and the three remaining segments as a spacious catering area with additional space for smaller information stands. The partition walls are quick and easy to install thanks to their simple handling, so that the room capacity can be changed at short notice.
In addition to the roof terrace, four studios in front of the hall for workshops with up to 225 participants in one room complete the floor. Alternatively, the partition walls of the four studio terraces can be opened up to form a large foyer area and used for coffee breaks or catering arrangements.
Roof terrace
The terrace hall is connected to the 500 m² roof terrace, which is ideal for relaxing conference breaks with fresh air or a BBQ at the end of the event.
Forums (up to 300 pax)
In addition to the large South Hall and the Terrace Hall, the RMCC also has other group rooms.
The forums on the upper floors are ideal for conferences for up to 300 people. The largest, light-flooded Forum 1.1 offers around 280 m² and a ceiling height of over 6.5 m of space for a plenary session. Other forums can accommodate conference groups of between 50 and 200 people. The adjoining rooms are ideal for catering and group work . Here too, a bright and pleasant ambience with large window fronts combined with modern technical equipment plays a major role.

Planning and organization made easy
The costs for an event at the RMCC depend on various framework conditions, such as the time of the event, number of participants, event format, desired seating, desired technical equipment and catering for the event participants.
The following questions will help us to prepare a customized offer for you:
- How many rooms are required and in what size?
- How many participants will be invited to the conference?
- What is the format of the event? We will be happy to advise you on the organization of innovative event formats (opens in a new tab) such as fishbowl or open space at the RMCC.
- What should the seating look like? The one-off seating of the rooms with conference tables and chairs is included in the rental price.
- Which target group should be addressed with the theme?
- Desired date and possible alternative dates? Please note the event calendar of the City of Wiesbaden with regard to planned hotel and parking lot occupancy.
- Are set-up and dismantling days required?
- Are backstage areas required for speakers or similar?
- What technical equipment must be provided in the conference room? The conference rooms are equipped with a screen and projector as standard. The basic technical equipment is included in the rental price.
- Is WLAN required? A bandwidth of up to 200 Mbit/s is included in the rental price.
