Trade fairs / exhibitions at the RMCC
Two large halls connected by a light-flooded foyer offer over 10,000 m² of event space for your trade fair on the first floor. The large terrace hall on the second floor offers a further 2,400 m². Additional event rooms complement the space on offer with a feel-good guarantee.
North Hall (4,600 m²)
With a usable area of 4,600 m², Halle Nord is predestined for trade fairs and exhibitions. With a floor load of 10 kN/m², it is possible to drive trucks weighing up to 40 tons through Halle Nord. Presentations of such large vehicles or car exhibitions are easily possible in Hall North. Access is via three gates in the North Hall area or through the truck entrance with unloading device, which is integrated into the hall.
With a ceiling height of 14 m, the North Hall offers plenty of upward design freedom. Suspension points with heavy load points are available and can be freely selected along the supporting structure axes for event and exhibition structures. A variable power supply is provided via divisional ducts embedded in the floor or via the ceiling. Hall North can be divided into three segments to adapt the event area. The hall is shaded as standard. Ceiling-high wooden cladding on the walls creates an inviting, feel-good atmosphere during trade fairs.
South Hall (3,000 m²)
Hall South has 3,000 m² of usable space and is equipped with four partition walls for flexible adjustment of the desired exhibition space. Floor-to-ceiling windows at the front provide the hall with daylight and can be shaded if required. Three of the four sub-segments can be completely darkened by separating off the daylight segment. Hall South has a ceiling height of 5.8 meters and has variable suspension options with heavy-duty points in a narrow grid.
The hall is characterized by a cool and modern industrial style with stainless steel-clad walls and a light terrazzo floor. Like the North Hall, the South Hall has a floor load of 10 kN/m² and has a variable power supply via division ducts integrated into the floor or via the ceiling. Hall South is suitable for automobile presentations or vehicle presentations of any kind.
Hall South has its own infrastructure, such as foyer areas, entrances and entrances for trade fairs as well as access to the in-house parking garage with 800 parking spaces.
Central foyer (1,350 m²)
Hall North and Hall South are connected by the light-flooded 1,350 m² Central Foyer . The Central Foyer can be equipped with registration infrastructure for B2B and public exhibitions. Checkroom areas are available here and in the basement. Visitors can exit or enter the adjoining parking garage via the Central Foyer. Exhibition vehicles (cars, electric vehicles, etc.) can also be exhibited in the Central Foyer, in the North and South Halls and in the outdoor area in front of the RMCC.
Terrace Hall (2,400 m²)
The light-flooded Terrace Hall with a view of the green areas in front of the RMCC and Wiesbaden Central Station is ideal for exhibitions, smaller trade fairs or conferences accompanying exhibitions. The Terrace Hall offers an area of 2,400 m² with a ceiling height of 6.45 meters. If required, the total area can be divided into up to five equally sized, daylight-flooded segments of 470 m² each. The window fronts can be completely shaded. Suspension points are available on site in a narrow grid. The floor load in the terrace hall is 5 kN/m². Access is via a freight elevator.
Parquet flooring and wood-paneled walls create warmth and ensure an upscale atmosphere during your exhibition.
The 500 m² roof terrace is connected to the hall and is suitable for receptions, lunch or dinner buffets, for example.

Planning and organization made easy
The costs for an event at the RMCC depend on various framework conditions, such as the time of the event, number of participants, event format, desired seating, desired technical equipment and catering for the event participants.
The following questions will help us to prepare a customized offer for you:
- How many rooms are required and in what size?
- How many participants will be invited to the conference?
- What is the format of the event? We will be happy to advise you on the organization of innovative event formats such as fishbowl or open space at the RMCC.
- What should the seating look like? The one-off seating of the rooms with conference tables and chairs is included in the rental price.
- Which target group should be addressed with the theme?
- Desired date and possible alternative dates? Please note the event calendar of the City of Wiesbaden with regard to planned hotel and parking lot occupancy.
- Are set-up and dismantling days required?
- Are backstage areas required for speakers or similar?
- What technical equipment must be provided in the conference room? The conference rooms are equipped with a screen and projector as standard. The basic technical equipment is included in the rental price.
- Is WLAN required? A bandwidth of up to 200 Mbit/s is included in the rental price.
