True to the motto "Celebrate Life", the "Pearls Sektmanufaktur" in Wiesbaden's Mauergasse allows visitors to experience the craft of sparkling wine with all their senses. In addition to the sale and serving of top regional and international products from our own wineries, visitors can watch how sparkling wines are freshly disgorged and taste and enjoy them directly on site, pure and without dosage.

With this concept, Schloss Henkell brings the craft of sparkling wine and traditional production to life: after the second fermentation in the bottle, the bottles are placed in shaking desks. By constantly turning (shaking) the bottles, the yeast sinks into the neck of the bottle. The subsequent ice bath is impressive to see, so that the yeast plug on the crown cork freezes before the yeast is then removed (disgorged).

The "Pearls Sektmanufaktur" sparkling wine and wine bar focuses on regional products such as Menger-Krug, Adam Henkell and Fürst von Metternich as well as an exclusive international range of sparkling wines including champagne, crémant, cava and prosecco. The range is rounded off with a small premium selection of wines and spirits. High tables with cozy stools invite you to linger and enjoy your meal on site.
