Michelin-starred chef Anthony Sarpong is visiting his home town of Wiesbaden. He grew up in the beautiful spa town and completed his training as a chef. Anthony visits his old vocational school, his training company and discovers many other beautiful places in the city of Wiesbaden. He even gets to take a look inside the kitchen of the only Viennese café outside Austria and try the famous Maldaner slice.

Born in Ghana, Anthony Sarpong, who lives in Meerbusch, is one of the country's top chefs.
He has been continuously awarded a Guide Michelin star for his culinary skills since 2018. In 2021, he received the first green Michelin star for his sustainable approach. His restaurant "Anthony'sKitchen" in Meerbusch has been certified organic since 2021.
He sets out in search of the sources of good taste. He visits producers, destinations and institutions that value the authenticity of their food. The likeable chef is all about respect and treating food with care. He also stopped off in Wiesbaden and visited his home town.
