Violations of the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO)
Violations of the German Road Traffic Act (StVO) up to 55.00 euros are processed exclusively by the Road Traffic Office's warning fines department.

If the offer of payment is not accepted, the proceedings must be handed over to the central fines office at the regional council in Kassel.
Telephone consultation hours: Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
