As an employer, you can receive an integration subsidy if you fill vacancies with applicants who are in receipt of a citizen's allowance.
Funding is possible if a longer training period is required for the employee or
the integration grant improves the employee's chances of finding permanent employment. This applies to anyone who would find it difficult to take up an unsubsidized position for personal reasons.
You can receive the integration grant for a maximum of 12 months. During this time, you will receive a maximum of 50 percent of your salary as a subsidy.
If you receive an integration subsidy for a new employee, you must continue to employ them for a certain period of time after the subsidy ends.
