Create an account
An account can be created at www.wiesbaden-ferienprogramm.de. You can compile a wish list with your requirements at your leisure. These must then be transferred to the shopping cart and prioritized.
Add to the shopping cart
Transfer the wishes to the shopping cart, assign them to the child, prioritize the list, generate group names and confirm the shopping cart with the parents.
Receive feedback
After some time, all families will receive feedback with the result of the allocation of places to the interested children/young people. The parents then have four days (96 hours) to pay for the tickets and thus confirm the ticket. After this time, unpaid tickets will be returned to the sales department.

Paying for the vacation program
After booking, you can choose between the following payment methods.
- direct debit
- PayPal
- with EC card on site at the Office for Social Work
Please note that it is not possible to pay in cash.
Print out or collect tickets
Once you have purchased the tickets, you will find the ticket in your shopping cart on the booking page. Please print out the ticket and bring it with you to the workshop on the first day.
The tickets can be paid for and collected by Giro Card at the office by prior arrangement. Pick-up appointments by telephone only.
