see-Conference 2025
The see-Conference - one of the largest design conferences in Germany - will provide impulses in the fields of design, architecture and socio-political topics on April 26 and 27 at the Schlachthof.
Images have always transformed visions into longing and helped to turn utopias into reality. The two-day event - consisting of the see-Conference and see-Camp - provides impetus in the fields of design, visual arts, architecture, performing arts and film, while also addressing regional and socio-political issues.
see-Conference on April 26
On Saturday, April 26, around 750 visitors from the creative scene will attend the see-Conference at the Schlachthof to listen to presentations by international speakers. This makes it one of the most important interdisciplinary design conferences in Germany - also due to the breadth of its line-up: from shooting stars such as Berlin filmmaker Raman Djafari, who creates music videos for Elton John and Dua Lipa, among others, to theater director and activist Stefan Kaegi (Rimini Protokoll) and sustainability pioneer Barbara Buser, who sets benchmarks for the architectural transformation of our cities with repurposing and circular construction. An exhibition and a party round off the event.
lake camp on April 27
At the see-Camp on Sunday, 27 April, regional topics will be fleshed out with managers and stakeholders. More than almost any other event in this sector, see combines food for thought with a practical level of practicability. Aesthetic, visual design plays a central role: only those who can visually imagine a future will set out to achieve it.
