Citizens who have performed honorary work for the City of Wiesbaden can be awarded the Citizens' Medal in bronze, silver or gold. A proposal should be sent informally to the Lord Mayor or to the Protocol Department, stating the personal details of the person to be honored and a list of their honorary activities.

Clubs, companies, corporations, associations and other institutions based in Wiesbaden can receive a city plaque in bronze, silver and gold for their 50th, 75th, 100th, 125th, 175th, 200th anniversary.
