Funding from pro rata match bank funds (Tronc funds) for culture
In 2025, funding will once again be available for cultural purposes from pro rata match bank funds (Tronc funds). Funding is available for one-off measures such as the purchase of technical or operating equipment, publications and special projects. The purchases or projects must not have been commissioned or started at the time of application and must not entail any follow-up costs.
Cultural institutions from Wiesbaden can submit applications for the first funding round from now until April 6, 2025. Applications can be submitted online at https://kulturfoerderantraege-wiesbaden.fund.garden. Applicants must first register with their contact details on the application platform and then submit an application for "General project funding". A cost and financing plan and corresponding offers must be attached.
The Committee for Schools, Culture and Town Twinning makes the final decision on the applications on the basis of a meeting presentation from the Department of Culture/Cultural Office.
The distribution of a second tranche of Tronc funds is planned for fall 2025, so that applications can still be submitted after April 6.
