Zukunftswerk offers workshops on the topic of "AI in everyday life"

Zukunftswerk Wiesbaden is expanding its digital participation offering with two exciting workshops entitled "AI in everyday life - practical use of ChatGPT".

The aim of the workshops is to provide participants with basic knowledge about artificial intelligence (AI) and, in particular, how to use the artificial intelligence ChatGPT. The workshops will take place on Thursday, April 17, and Thursday, May 8, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Zukunftswerk. Initially, two dates of this type will be offered - if the response is positive, a continuation as a series of workshops is planned. You can register via the website directly under the event: https://zukunftswerk.wiesbaden.de/programm. (opens in a new tab)

Maral Koohestanian, Head of Smart City, Europe and Public Order, says: "AI is no longer a topic for the future, but part of our everyday lives. This makes it all the more important that people are given the opportunity to actively understand these technologies and use them in a meaningful way. The Zukunftswerk is exactly the place for this."

The workshops are aimed at people with no prior knowledge and anyone interested in learning about the many different ways AI can be used in everyday life. From the creation of helpful texts and translations to image analysis and the creative use of AI. Participants will discover in a practical and interactive way how they can use AI tools effectively for everyday tasks. iPads will be provided free of charge for the workshops.

"For me, digital participation means that no one is excluded - regardless of age, previous knowledge or background. With offers like these workshops, we want to create access and encourage curiosity," concludes Koohestanian. The number of participants is limited to ten in order to ensure individual support and an effective learning experience. Interested parties should therefore secure a place early.
