Stand-Up Paddling
Wiesbaden's waters are ideal for water sports activities, including the very popular stand-up paddling. Rhein-SUP offers fans of this water sport two differently weighted courses, while at SUP 2Go you can hire a complete set in a rucksack for maximum flexible leisure fun.
Stand-Up Paddling rental concept
SUP 2Go offers a new rental concept for stand-up paddling (SUP), where you can rent SUP boards flexibly and inexpensively and use them wherever you are.
With SUP 2Go, you rent stand-up paddling boards (SUP) to pick upand set up yourself. The To-Go concept (2Go) offers stand-up paddlers the opportunity to choose the number of boards as well as the rental period and location. Renting SUPs is therefore very flexible and can be customized. SUP 2Go is ideal for individual paddlers or groups who want to use SUPs on the rivers Rhine and Main, at a swimming lake or on vacation. Wiesbaden and the Rheingau offer some very good paddling areas for both beginners and advanced stand-up paddlers.
The SUP complete sets are rented out in a practical rucksack. Board, paddle, air pump, kayak seat, drybag, safety line and other accessories are compactly stowed away in a 15 kg backpack. SUP 2Go also provides one life jacket per board free of charge . The brand boards rented out by SUP 2Go also have a seat function and a double paddle. This means that the SUP can also be used as a kayak and paddlers can explore the water either sitting down or standing up. Setting up and dismantling the SUPs is very easy (approx. 15 to 20 minutes) and self-explanatory even for people who are doing it for the first time.
The SUP boards can be collected and returned in Wiesbaden or Mainz by prior appointment. With SUP 2Go, nothing stands in the way of an exciting stand-up paddle adventure or a great group event on the water! Tip: It's best to book as early as possible in summer, as there is regularly high demand at warm weekends.
Pick-up and drop-off times: Around the clock by prior arrangement.

Courses from Rhein-SUP
SUP COURSES For beginners and advanced
Which paddle length is the right one, which stance is the most stable and which body position is the most effective? Getting started is not always difficult! "Rhein SUP" will help you get started with stand-up paddling (SUP) and offers two differently weighted courses: Rhein Sup Beginner Course (beginners) and Rhein Sup Next Level Course (advanced).
Have you always wanted to get to know stand-up paddling? The RHEIN SUP basic course gives you a comprehensive insight into the world of stand-up paddling under the guidance of experienced and certified SUP instructors. We start the adventure with a short theory section. Here you will learn the important SUP basics, such as posture, equipment knowledge and paddle length adjustment, turning and braking, as well as the safety-related water rules in Schierstein harbor. Once all the participants' questions have been answered, we go out on the water together and a correctly executed basic stroke is the basis of all paddle strokes. We will show you how to build up speed effectively.
SUP Yoga course
With SUP yoga, the yoga exercises are not practiced on a yoga mat as usual, but on a SUP board in the water. The motto is: let go, surrender to the element of water, be in the moment and, above all, have fun.
You don't have to be particularly athletic or flexible to do SUP yoga. It happens that yoga beginners stay dry and experienced yogis fall into the water. SUP yoga has a mental component as well as a physical one. The experience of nature, coupled with the physical movement, provides an ideal basis for reducing stress, relaxing, coming into the now and "listening" to the body.
