Digital construction supervision
The cloud storage software Nextcloud replaces the previously used data exchange platform Sharefile. The documents required for construction supervision can now be uploaded via Nextcloud. Sending them by post is no longer necessary.
How to do it!
The cloud storage software Nextcloud has been used for data transfer since the start of 2024. This replaces the previously used data sharing service ShareFile and offers two-factor authentication and encryption for secure data transfer.
Each construction project receives its own exchange folder with its own access data.
For all construction supervision customers who already have one or more construction projects in the ongoing digital construction supervision process, we have moved the corresponding data exchange folders to Nextcloud. You should have received two emails via Nextcloud to the email address previously used for Sharefile access for each construction project for which you previously submitted documents or data via Sharefile. The first e-mail contains the access link or the access data for the respective Nextcloud folder, the second e-mail contains the password.
From this point on, please use Nextcloud and the folder assigned to the respective construction project here to submit data and documents for this one construction project to us.
The link and the corresponding password are only valid for this one construction project. Please keep the access data safe until the project has been completed!

Do not forget signatures!
Please upload the building status reports or forms, fully completed and signed (by the client and those involved in the construction) as a PDF for your respective construction project via Nextcloud.
In future, you will also be able to upload all other documents that need to be submitted as part of the construction supervision for your construction project quickly, easily and securely via Nextcloud and thus transmit them digitally to the building inspectorate.
Please only submit documents in connection with the construction work in this way.
Please note the deadlines!
Please note that the applicable legal deadlines for notifying the building inspectorate of the building status, including the relevant certificates and attestations - one week or two weeks before the start of work - only start once the relevant document has been uploaded to Nextcloud.
