Regardless of the respective grade level, class support is part of the fixed concept of school social work for young people. This means that all pupils who attend a secondary school with School Social Work Youth take part in class support from year 5 until they leave school. The same applies to pupils who attend a vocational school with school social work for young people on a pre-vocational training course, at the end of which they complete their Hauptschule or Realschule certificate.
