The Delkenheim cemetery was relocated from the town center to the southeast of the historic town center in 1861, where the new area was subsequently expanded several times. Of the oldest part, only sections of the enclosing wall made of Hochheim limestone remain, as well as the area accessed along the longitudinal and transverse axes by main paths.

On the eastern wall, the simple, undated gravestone of the Schultheißenfamilie Kleber, which probably dates from the 1850s, is worthy of note. Here too, the row of old lime and chestnut trees planted at the entrance, which can be seen from afar today, is characteristic of the village cemeteries in the region.

The following types of grave are possible at Delkenheim cemetery:

- Burial in the ground

- Burial plot for children

- Burial in a row

- Burial plot for children

- Urn ballot grave

- Urn ballot grave

- Urn grave in a row

- Memoriam Garden
