• Acceptance of SGB II applications of all kinds (citizen's allowance applications in general, but also special benefit and loan applications)
• Assistance in filling out SGB II forms
• Acceptance of SGB II forms and documents
• General information on the requirements for an SGB II application
• Information on priority benefits (unemployment benefit I, housing benefit, child supplement, etc.)
• SGB II applications can be recorded if those entitled to benefits have difficulties formulating their concerns
