The stories from Wiesbaden also tell of impressive animals and mysterious mythical creatures.

We find them depicted on many objects from earlier times. Together we will track them down and listen to their stories and meanings. We will work creatively and practically!

All Romans or what?!

Discover the ancient Aquae Mattiacorum. The Romans were also active in Wiesbaden. We follow their traces in the city along the Roman baths road to the so-called Heidenmauer.

In sam, we deal with Roman finds from the city area and questions about archaeology. A lively addition to lessons on the subject of the Romans.

Soko sam - Robbery of Diana

A Roman statuette was stolen from the museum! Who did it? SOKO sam has been set up to catch the thief and find the statue.

It is now waiting for support from freelance investigators in the manhunt across the historical pentagon of Wiesbaden and the sam. The equipment for the teams will be provided.

Three supervisors are required for the investigator teams.

The Knight of Biebrich - Legends and stories of the 18th century

According to legend, a fiery knight haunted Moosburg Castle. And a treasure is said to be hidden in the park around Biebrich Castle.

Who dares to set foot in the castle ruins to uncover the true story of the unfortunate nobleman? We transform ourselves into a children's society of the 18th century, organize a small picnic, dance, play "blind man's buff" and uncover the secret of the treasure.

Monks, executioners, noblemen - the Middle Ages in Wiesbaden

Life in medieval Wisibada was barren, cruel, mysterious and dangerous. Was it like that? In sam, relics from medieval times up to the 16th century are viewed and explored together. Appropriate clothing and replicas are available to touch and dress up in.
