Schierstein district
Industrial estate: Alte Schmelze / Stielstraße

The commercial area located in the south-west of Wiesbaden comprises the areas around Stielstraße, the Alte Schmelze and the Osthafen and is bordered by the A66, the A643 and the Rhine.

Biebrich district
Commercial area: Äppelallee / Hagenauer Straße

In the Biebrich district, the commercial area extends around Äppelallee and Hagenauer Straße. It is bordered by the A66 to the north, the A643 to the west, the Rhine and the adjoining residential development to the east.

Industrial estate: Kalle Albert / Dyckerhoff industrial estate

The Kalle Albert Industrial Park and the neighboring Dyckerhoff sites border the Biebrich town center to the east, the Rhine to the south, the railroad tracks to the north and Dyckerhoffstrasse to the east.

Kastel district

Industrial estate: Petersweg

The Petersweg industrial estate in the south of Wiesbaden, located close to the city center directly on the A 671 freeway, is bordered to the west by Peter-Sander-Straße and Petersweg-West and to the east by Boelckestraße, which will soon be widened to four lanes.

Erbenheim district
Commercial area: Kreuzberger Ring / Erbenheim Süd

Located to the south of Berliner Strasse and north of the A66, the Kreuzberger Ring industrial estate is primarily home to companies in the service sector. Further commercial areas are planned in Erbenheim Süd.

Nordenstadt district
Commercial area: Borsigstraße / Ostring

Located between Konrad-Zuse-Straße and the A66, the Borsigstraße and Ostring industrial estate offers a wide range of different businesses, mainly in the service and retail sectors.

Delkenheim district
Industrial estate: Max-Planck-Park

Located on the A66, the Max-Planck-Park industrial estate offers the ideal space for innovative and technology-oriented companies.

Southeast district
Business park: Mainzer Straße

A location in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station and the city center. The planning area on both sides of Mainzer Strasse is bordered to the north by Gustav-Stresemann-Ring, to the east by Brunhildenstrasse, to the south by the A66 autobahn and to the west by the Deutsche Bahn AG site.
