Space for shaping the city of tomorrow

Future work in the Luisenforum

Since January 20, the Zukunftswerk in the Luisenforum has opened its doors to the citizens of Wiesbaden. The Zukunftsstraum offers space for smart solutions, creative ideas and sustainable projects.

The Zukunftswerk will be a center for shaping the city of tomorrow. It offers the people of Wiesbaden the opportunity to actively participate in the development of smart technologies and innovative services. Whether lectures, workshops or interactive hands-on stations - the Zukunftswerk creates space for experimentation and exchange between administration, civil society, science and business. A special highlight will be the interactive presentation of pioneering projects such as the "Digital Twin".

In addition, collaborations with the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, the PD - public sector consultants - and other partners will bring new impetus to the Zukunftswerk. For example, students are developing innovative formats that are specifically tailored to the needs of citizens in Wiesbaden. At the same time, PD supports the conception and further development of the Zukunftswerk with its expertise.

The project is implemented in cooperation with the city management of the state capital, which provides support in the search for suitable premises and ensures the financing of the Zukunftswerk from the federal funding program "Zukunftsfähige Innenstädte und Zentren".
