The expert committee prepares expert opinions on the market value of developed and undeveloped land, condominiums and rights to land (e.g. usufruct, residential rights and heritable building rights).

The office of the expert committee accepts the written application for an expert opinion and prepares the expert opinions.

The fee for the preparation of an expert opinion is based on the Hessian Implementation Ordinance to the Building Act (BauGB) (List of Fees) as amended.
