Health advice in accordance with the Prostitutes Protection Act

The Prostitutes Protection Act (ProstSchG) has been in force nationwide since July 1, 2017. All those who offer sexual services for a fee must present a health consultation in accordance with Section 10 ProstSchG. A certificate is issued after a detailed consultation with the public health department. This is the prerequisite for registering your activity.

The consultation only takes place by prior appointment and lasts a maximum of 20 minutes. It takes place in German. For citizens without sufficient language skills, an interpreter can be provided free of charge on request. Please indicate this when making an appointment.

Appointments are made by e-mail or telephone. Public access and consultation hours take place exclusively on the premises of the public health department, Konradinerallee 11 (Entrance A), 65189 Wiesbaden.
