The State Capital of Wiesbaden operates the Literaturhaus Villa Clementine in order to use it in particular for literary events or to make it available to users whose purpose is to cultivate or promote literature. The premises of the Literaturhaus are primarily used for these purposes.

Renting the premises for private purposes (wedding and birthday parties, anniversaries, etc.) is generally excluded.

The Red Salon or the Flemish Salon on the second floor and the conference room on the second floor of the villa are generally available for hire.
