Anyone who discovers illegally disposed waste in the area of the state capital Wiesbaden or has made observations in connection with this can report this to the Environmental Agency by telephone, in writing, by fax or by e-mail. The Environmental Agency will immediately arrange for the waste to be disposed of properly, investigate the person responsible and also carry out appropriate fine proceedings. The waste is usually disposed of within two to three working days of notification.
