Kalle-Albert Industrial Park
The Kalle-Albert Industrial Park was founded in 1997 on the site of the former traditional companies Chemische Fabrik Kalle & Co. and Chemische Werke Albert in Biebrich. More than 70 companies with around 5,600 employees are located on a total area of 96 hectares. This means that 5% of Wiesbaden's workforce is employed in one form or another in the Kalle-Albert Industrial Park.
Synthetic resins, sausage casings, detergent bases, plastic films, cellulose ethers, special adhesives, filter membranes, electronic materials and printing plates are produced here. The cumulative annual turnover of the companies at the site amounts to over one billion euros. The operating company of the Kalle-Albert Industrial Park is "InfraServ GmbH & Co. Wiesbaden KG" with 860 employees and an annual turnover of €185 million. InfraServ offers over 200 products and services specifically for manufacturing companies, often with chemical processes, including supply and disposal services, security services, plant fire departments and other emergency response facilities.
Among other things, the Kalle-Albert Industrial Park has its own wastewater treatment plant on the Petersaue. The service portfolio also includes services in the areas of technology, real estate, personnel and commercial services.
As a social player, InfraServ Wiesbaden is committed to the city of Wiesbaden and the region in many ways. For example: InfraServ Wiesbaden has been a sponsor of the regional Jugend forscht competition since 2014.
