Bieneck began a commercial apprenticeship at the Stella-Werke in Breslau and was appointed director just ten years later. After the Stella-Werke merged with Didier in 1932, he became head of the Eastern Works Group of Didierwerke AG. In 1941, he was appointed a member of the Management Board of his company, and eight years later he was appointed General Director of the entire company, which relocated its headquarters to Wiesbaden after the Second World War.

After more than 50 years of service, he retired from active business in 1969 and subsequently held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He also held numerous honorary positions. Until 1964, he was President of the German Stone and Earth Association, which elected him Honorary President. He was also Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Gemeinnützige Wiesbadener Wohnungsbaugesellschaft. In addition, he was the first chairman of the supervisory board of the Wiesbaden YMCA local group and a member of the main board of the Nassau Inner Mission. He had been associated with the Wiesbaden Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), which later appointed him Vice President, as a member of the General Assembly since 1950.

Bieneck received numerous honors, including the Federal Cross of Merit l. Class (1953), the Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Star of the Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. The Spanish government honored him with the award of the "Gran Cruz de la Orden del Merito Civil". This was followed in 1967 by the badge of honor from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and finally, in 1970, the City of Wiesbaden joined in with the badge of honor in silver.

Bieneck had been an honorary doctor of Clausthal Technical University since 1957 and an honorary citizen of the Rheinisch-Westfälische TH Aachen since 1960.
