The departments
The departments are coordination offices at the top of the administration. Offices with related areas of responsibility and administrative units are grouped together in departments. These are headed by the full-time members of the municipal council, the department heads of the state capital of Wiesbaden.
Departments
The heads of department monitor the implementation of the resolutions of the municipal bodies in their respective offices and assume an overarching management function. Some departments are assigned to their own companies or associated companies.
