As an educator, you will support the education and development of children from nursery to primary school age. You are the bridge between the children and the world. You help them to develop social skills, make friends and resolve conflicts. With your empathy and patience, you create a harmonious environment in which every child feels safe and secure.

In this way, you will make an important contribution to equal opportunities in the education system and learn a future-oriented, crisis-proof and varied profession that is also fun.

Must-haves

  • Secondary school certificate with completed training as a social assistant or advanced technical college entrance qualification or Abitur and at least 3 months of practical training in a daycare center
  • Proof of measles immunity or willingness to be vaccinated against measles
