As a Bachelor of Engineering in Technical Real Estate Management, you will help to maintain, develop and sustainably shape Wiesbaden's infrastructure.

• You will support the planning and management of construction projects.
• You will create feasibility studies, schedules and cost estimates.
• You will prepare CAD drawings and service descriptions.
• You support tendering and award procedures.
• You monitor the quality, costs and adherence to deadlines during construction work.
• You support building inspections and handovers.
• You take inventories and document technical installations.
