Opening of the 23rd "Short Night of Galleries and Museums" at the Kunsthaus
The opening of the 23rd "Short Night of Galleries and Museums" will take place on Saturday, April 5, at 6 pm at Kunsthaus Wiesbaden, Schulberg 10. Head of Cultural Affairs Dr. Hendrik Schmehl and the organizer of the event, Erhard Witzel, will take part in the opening. Admission is free.
The Kunsthaus is taking part in the gallery night with 38 other participants until midnight. Visitors can view the exhibition "Form, Color, Freedom - 75 Years of Artists' Group 50" or gain an insight into the Artothek, where around 3,500 works of art from the municipal art collection are available to borrow. On this evening, the Artothek team will explain how the Artothek works and will be available to answer questions. In addition, the artists of Künstlergruppe 50 will be inviting visitors to engage in dialog between 6 and 8 pm.
Culinary delights will be provided by "Fasan Feinkost". Visitors can fortify themselves with Afghan specialties and enjoy alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. The cozy inner courtyard of the Kunsthaus on Schulberg invites you to linger in good weather.
