Temporary structures - application and acceptance

Without prejudice to other regulations, temporary structures may only be put into use on a regular basis if their erection has been reported to the building inspectorate at the place of erection, together with the inspection log book, and the temporary structures have been approved by the inspectorate (acceptance for use).

The submission of the inspection book and the acceptance for use are subject to a fee.

The following temporary structures do not require acceptance for use:

  • Temporary structures up to five meters high that are not intended to be entered by visitors,
  • ground-floor tents with a floor area of up to 75 square meters,
  • Children's rides with a speed of less than one meter per second and less than five meters in height,
  • stages if their floor area is less than 100 square meters, their floor height less than 1.50 meters and their height including roofs and other superstructures less than five meters,
  • inflatable play equipment with a height of the accessible area of up to five meters,
  • toilet trailers.
