Digital construction supervision
Since September 1, 2022, construction supervision has been carried out digitally, i.e. you or your site manager can now submit all notifications, certificates and evidence required for construction supervision digitally. Sending them by post is no longer necessary.
How to do it!
Send us - or the person responsible for site management - the completed and signed construction start notification (BAB 17) as a PDF document by email to: bauueberwachungwiesbadende.
Please enter the first name and surname as well as a correct e-mail address of the client and the site manager legibly, as the named persons must also use this information to legitimize themselves for data exchange via the NextCloud online platform.
Please always state the reference number of your construction project as well as the street and house number in the subject line of your e-mail.
We will then create you and the site manager as NextCloud users and grant you upload rights for the duration of the construction work. For this purpose, we will send an invitation link to NextCloud to each of the above e-mail addresses and the corresponding password for your construction project in another e-mail.
You and your site manager can then use the respective access data to log in to NextCloud for your specific project at any time. Each construction project receives its own NextCloud account. No program needs to be installed for this and data transfer is secure.
Information on the forms/documents to be uploaded
Please always use the relevant forms of the current building template decree for building status notifications.

Do not forget signatures!
Please upload the building status reports or forms, fully completed and signed (by the client and those involved in the construction) as a PDF for your respective construction project via NextCloud.
All other documents that need to be submitted as part of the construction supervision for your construction project can then also be uploaded quickly, easily and securely via NextCloud in the future and thus transmitted digitally to the building inspectorate.
Please only submit documents in connection with the construction work in this way.
Please note the deadlines!
Please note that the applicable legal deadlines for notifying the building inspectorate of the building status, including the relevant certificates and attestations - one week or two weeks before the start of work - only start once the relevant document has been uploaded to NextCloud.
