Rheingauviertel: simply adorable

Close to the city center and located directly on the historic pentagon, the Rheingauviertel/Hollerborn district offers a high level of living comfort, quality of life and a wide range of leisure activities.

With history and charm

The district is characterized by almost intact historic facades, well-tended front gardens and a dense tree population. It impresses with a perfect mix of a high standard of living, good connections and quality of life. The newer Europaviertel on the former Camp Lindsey also offers modern living comfort and leaves nothing to be desired.

Versatile offers for everyone

The Rheingauviertel has something for everyone. Small businesses, stores, pubs and cafés can be found throughout the district. With its varied range of leisure activities, the district is attractive for all age groups. Schools of all levels provide an excellent educational landscape. The campus of the Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences, one of the most important universities of applied sciences in Hesse, is located on the edge of Wellritztal and offers a wide range of courses.

Green spaces and sport

Although the building density is high, a network of avenues, small green spaces and playgrounds runs through the district and provides a link to the green valleys of Wellritztal and Belzbachtal. Sports enthusiasts also get their money's worth: Kleinfeldchen is home to an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor pool, sports fields and an ice rink. The new three-court sports hall on Elsässer Platz rounds off the offer. Everything is within easy reach by bike or on foot.

A highlight in the Rheingau district

Around 12,000 students study at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences with its four campuses in Wiesbaden and Rüsselsheim.
