Social planning in the area of basic income support for jobseekers deals with benefits in accordance with Social Security Code II/ Citizen's Allowance.

Basic security benefits to secure the livelihood of people who are capable of working and entitled to benefits cover entire benefit communities and therefore often also children.

In addition to securing livelihoods, the citizen's income has the tasks of establishing employability, ensuring social participation and ending or reducing the need for assistance through integration into work.

Regular reporting is planned as part of social planning. In addition, social planning provides support in the areas of product development, evaluation and organizational development.
