What parents can expect from this daycare center:
In our daycare center, children are given the space that enables them to mature into self-confident and independent personalities. In everyday life, they can discover their world in an experimental way and engage in things they want to learn themselves in a concentrated and attentive manner. The basis for this is an emotionally secure relationship, and it is the task of educators to offer and maintain this. For the youngest children, the focus is on caring relationships and attentive, loving interaction. They prepare the ground for persistent, active play and movement in a developmentally appropriate space. The individualized course of the day supports the children in being independently active with joy according to their needs and maturity. Here are a few examples of our focus areas and activities: We have been a Hessian movement kindergarten since 2009. In the "Bringing language into motion" project, the children's interest in movement, their need for sensory experience and direct action are ideal opportunities to stimulate language learning processes. Twice a week we offer "forest days", where the children gain important skills and life experience by experiencing nature. In our outdoor area, the children have the opportunity to discover nature, pick berries and observe insects. For us, parental cooperation means being in dialog with the parents. The parents' council and the support association represent the interests of the children with commitment and creativity, and numerous activities have been initiated together with the daycare team. We foster the daycare community with regular celebrations and events. We are enthusiastic about the intensive cooperation with volunteers who work reliably in the daycare center. They accompany the forest days, offer reading sessions and look after our in-house library "Bücherburg".
