Our basic understanding of learning, education and upbringing in our Freinetplus daycare center is based on learning through discovery in a participatory atmosphere. Co-determination is an essential feature of Freinetplus pedagogy. We see the child as an expert in his or her own learning and play. We offer children a protected atmosphere in which they can experiment and explore, argue and reconcile, have a say and help shape everyday life together. As a network partner in KiEZ Erbenheim, we offer parent education, family support and opportunities to meet in the district.
