KiTa profile
What parents can expect from this daycare center:
Kita Stadtbienen is a small, informal daycare center in the heart of Wiesbaden's city center which, despite its downtown location, has play areas for the children in the inner courtyard, on the terrace and in front of the exercise hall. In addition, the exercise hall is used for active sports activities on several fixed days of the week in consultation with the landlord, the YMCA. With this concept, IB Südwest gGmbH is fulfilling its mission to promote physical activity for children - even in the heavily built-up inner city area with its few open spaces. Services: Care, education and support for children aged 12 months to 6 years. Childcare hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 - 16:30. You can expect a structured daily routine with breakfast together, projects, excursions, exercise programs, language development and a shared lunch and afternoon snack. Target group: Children from 12 months to 3 years in the crèche group and children from 2 to 6 years in the community group. Number of childcare places: The daycare center has two groups with a pure crèche group with 10 places and a cross-age group with 15 places. A total of 25 children are cared for. Educational focus: The topics of movement, participation and education for sustainable development are essential components of the concept. They will play a key role in the work with the children and parents at the daycare center. In addition, there is the area of language promotion, which plays a particularly important role in the promotion and future development of children, especially in families with a migration biography. Methodological approach: Kita Stadtbienen will initially work according to the situation-oriented approach. The life situation and living conditions of the child and the family in a changing world play a decisive role here.
