City Youth Ring
The Stadtjugendring is an association of clubs and organizations involved in youth work. Youth organizations find support and advice here; young people can get involved in a variety of ways.
The Stadtjugendring Wiesbaden e. V. (SJR) is the association, the umbrella organization and the representation of interests of the self-governing, self-organized and voluntary youth organizations in Wiesbaden. It is committed to all children and young people in Wiesbaden.
The members regularly develop projects and initiatives, for example in the field of political education.
In addition to membership, youth organizations can find advice and a wide range of support for their work at the Stadtjugendring, such as using the Jungbrunnen rooms, borrowing a variety of equipment and renting the youth nature campsite.
Young people can train as youth leaders (Juleica) and get involved in a variety of ways, for example in the "Inclusion meets environmental protection" project or the "Youth Forum" of the Partnership for Democracy.
Applications for financial support can also be submitted to the Stadtjugendring: The municipal grants for activity-based funding for youth groups and individual grants for trips and camps are administered by the Stadtjugendring.
The Stadtjugendring e.V. is funded by the Office for Social Work, Youth Work Department.
