The model apartments, especially for the third stage of life, are located directly next to the Toni-Sender-Haus just a few minutes away from the center of Biebrich. The park, which has many level paths that can also be used by wheelchair users, can be accessed directly from here.
The offer includes 23 barrier-free apartments that are tailored to the needs of older people. All apartments, ancillary rooms and the basement are wheelchair-accessible and can be easily reached by elevator. A separate laundry and drying room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer is provided on each floor. All apartments with their pleasant, bright rooms have a beautiful balcony and adjoining conservatory bay window.
The extensive park area with terraces, trees and comfortable paths invites you to stroll and linger in nature. The connecting corridor with the Toni-Sender-Haus also allows you to reach the cafeteria for lunch or a social get-together without getting your feet wet, even in bad weather.
