Outside the remit of the City of Wiesbaden's rental office, there are a large number of other residential facilities for older people. These range from low-barrier housing to assisted living and care homes.

Both subsidized apartments and privately financed housing are available. For the subsidized housing complexes, an income check by the housing agency of the City of Wiesbaden is required. You will find the relevant application form below.
