As a case management employee, you support and advise jobseekers. This means that you record an exact profile of your customers and promote their strengths with possible measures such as courses, seminars or further training. You also support them with financial benefits for application costs, travel costs to job interviews or costs for necessary work clothing. You can expect a wide range of activities. You offer people more than just good prospects!

The municipal job center is not just about finding work and securing a livelihood. The children must not be neglected either. In the area of education and participation, you give children the chance to take part in social and cultural life, even if their parents have little income. You help to ensure that all children can take part in lunch at nursery or school. Pupils can receive extra tuition to help them keep up in class. Participation in school trips and school excursions can also be made possible. And last but not least, there is also support for travel costs to school. Help to make tomorrow's high achievers fit for the future in a varied activity and provide them with age-appropriate leisure activities.
