The Wiesbaden City Dictionary is a project of the Wiesbaden City Archive. It comprises around 1,700 articles on the topics of architecture, education, geology, health, art, culture, literature, music and urban history, nature, the environment and the economy.

From 2021 to 2023, the printed city encyclopedia was transferred to this online version. On this page, you will find information about events, well-known personalities and institutions in the city. Readers are offered quick access to essential historical information about the history of Wiesbaden.
