Hessian state government

On June 26, 1970, the Hessian state government signed the city of Wiesbaden's Golden Book.

On the occasion of the 10th Hessentag, Mayor Rudi Schmitt welcomed the Hessian Minister President Albert Osswald, his cabinet and the Hessian mayors to a reception in the ballroom of the town hall on June 26, 1970.

Schmitt thanked his political guests for coming and for supporting the state capital in organizing the great festival of Hesse. Osswald praised Wiesbaden for the good organization and emphasized the great importance of the Hessentag for the identification of the citizens with their newly created state and the integration of the expellees.

The politicians then signed the city's Golden Book.
