The Kammerspiele is an independent theater in the Bergkirche district.

The Kammerspiele Wiesbaden was founded by theater professionals who, after many years of professional experience, left the state and municipal theaters to create their own production conditions that allow for a very personal, lively and artistic development. The Kammerspiele has already established itself with numerous in-house productions as an independent, professional theater with its own permanent venue in the neo-Gothic outbuilding of the Bergkirche in Wiesbaden.

A Kammerspiel is a play in an intimate setting. As a rule, chamber plays have a psychological orientation and focus on the effect of the conversations between the characters. In other words, solid craftsmanship in great concentration, often in connection with the quality standards of stage naturalism as well as sophisticated director's theater."

After each performance there is the opportunity to talk to the actors.
