Wiesbaden on Ice

In the 2024/2025 winter season, Wiesbaden's Bowling Green will once again be transformed into Germany's largest mobile ice rink in front of the Kurhaus from 26 November to 12 January, delighting skating fans of all ages.

The ice rink covers an area of around 2,500 square metres - making it the largest mobile ice rink in Germany. Against the picturesque backdrop of the illuminated Kurhaus, you can not only pirouette but also shoot ice sticks.

Ten caterers in heated tents with terraces right next to the ice rink boards offer a wide range of food and drink for spectators and skaters alike - with a clear view of the rink through the glass boards. Clubs can train free of charge, while companies and teams can combine catering packages with ice skating and curling.

Unforgettable moments can be experienced here every day from 10 am to 10 pm: Glide across the ice to good mood music and then enjoy a refreshment afterwards - a perfect winter evening.
Services include skate hire, lockers, a changing tent, professional skate sharpening and ice skating aids on site.
The five curling rinks are located on both sides of the ice rink at the upper fountain of the bowling green, in the immediate vicinity of the catering area.
