Local History Museums

In almost half the districts of Wiesbaden there are local history museums which offer the opportunity for intensive study of the past and history of the area. The range of archive materials in word and pictures is often complemented by special shows and lecture events.

Besides these decentralised exhibition spaces the Wiesbaden City Hall, the Artothek, the Bellevue Hall, the Kunsthaus and the Nassauischer Kunstverein all have large forums for exhibitions and collections in the middle of Wiesbaden’s city centre.
